Abby Newman Railroaded as Expected - "Sic Semper Tyrannus"(???????????????????)

In classic Orwellian "Doublespeak" akin to "slavery = freedom" , Jefferson's motto "Sic Semper Tyrannus" ("Thus Always to Tyrants") is ironically plastered on the side of the grey Virginia State Police cars, like the one shown below driven by trooper Mike Bowen, the fascist robocop who busted homesteader Abby Newman at a police roadblock on state road 40 in Ferrum on September 12, 2000 for refusing to show "her papers." (See photos of Virginia state police car with State Seal- note that above the latin inscription is shown a Roman Gladiator standing triumpantly over the dead body of some presumed "tyrant" and judge for yourself the source of our current tyranny. Like enemy of the state Winston Smith from George Orwell's prophetic novel "1984" on that fateful evening nearly a year ago, homesteader Abby Newman of Ferrum, Virginia was innocently on her way down to the market to purchase some hot peppers needed for a canning recipe, when she was harshly interrupted at a police roadblock by armed men with no identifying badges or name plates showing on their uniforms because they were hidden under reflector vests. When she refused to show "her papers" and demanded to know who the unidentified men were, she was harshly dragged from her car by the mysterious goons, who turned out to be "genuine" Virginia State Troopers out to do a little "servin' and protectin' " (Judge for yourself who was "served" by watching the videotape of the incident from the State Troopers own video which you can find at http://www.infowars.com
Despite a spirited effort to represent herself, at the end of the Orwellian 9 and a half hour so called "trial", Newman was robbed of $1300., plus another grand in court costs to pay the public defender attorneys who co-counselled with her, a huge sum of money for this frugal living Christian homesteader who has rescinded her social security number (for religious reasons) to attempt to fork over to the First Circuit Court of Franklin County. Newman was found "guilty" of "driving without a license and obstructing justice" while charges of "assault on a police officer" and "refusing to show a drivers license" were dropped. (The refusing to show a license charge was dropped since she didn't have a license to show.) If found guilty on all charges she could have faced up to 18 months in the county jail and fines of up to $4000.
Since Franklin County adjoins Floyd County where I live, yesterday I went over to Rocky Mount in order to attempt to assist Abby by handing out leaflets from the Fully Informed Jury Association in order to inform the mutant slack jawed Hillbilly jurors entering the courtroom about their constitutional right to hang any jury by voting their conscience, if they thought she was innocent, since every American (in theory) has a constitutional right to provide a check and balance against corrupt judges by voting their conscience even if that means overturning the so called "law." http://www.fija.org The Judge anticipated this move since Newman's husband, Thomas Hoppe broadcast a plea for help to hand the flyers out on the internet and he somehow intercepted it and sequestered the jury in the National Guard Armory, and ushered them into the courthouse by a guarded side door in order to prevent the jury from being "tainted." Whenever Newman attempted to invoke the constitution in any way, the prosecutor always objected, and Judge Alexander always sustained the objection. The Judge wouldn't even allow Newman to enter into the court record a legal definition of probable cause, claiming that this was "immaterial" to her case.
The Judge's actions are consistent with those of a traitor for the simple reason that all Judges in Amerika ARE traitors, they all hold titled of Nobility (esq.), from a foreign power (England, BAR Association, B.A.R. stands for British Association Registry) and all they're doing is serving the Crown as administrators of the debt owed by the United States Incorporated to the International Monetary Fund. All Americans are monetized slaves to the International Monetary Fund through the social security number, and what this "trial" was REALLY all about was that a slave tried to escape by rescinding her social security number, so she could not get a drivers license, and the ruling elite felt the need to make an example of her by slapping her hard with a whopping fine for her "impudence."
As a former member of the United States Navy, Abby Newman was brainwashed into believing that we all have protection under the constitution, but all the constitution was was a bankruptcy document between the United States Incorporated and the King of England, and we the people were not a party to it, so we can in fact legally claim no rights under it, even though that is the popular misconception held by many Patriots who don't grasp that America has been a fraud from its earliest beginnings, with massive manipulation of the history books occurring under the auspices of such people as the Rockefellers via such tools as "Colonial Williamsburg" where tour gates never breath a word about the Jay Treaty because to do so would shatter the veneer of lies they actively propogate about our nation.
Bailiff's refused to allow me into the court room wearing shorts and a T shirt reading "I'm from the government, I'm here to help you" with a picture of a hand holding a gun aimed out at you, and I was forced to buy some clothes (which I later returned for a refund) from a local Wal-Mart (See photo of me holding up T Shirt which bailiffs wouldn't let me wear into the courthouse)
So, Abby Newman got slammed hard in court. Big surprise. The saddest thing about her loss is her steadfast belief in the American hallucination. She has been conned into believing that we have protection under the constitution, but the constitution was a con, it was a bankruptcy document between the United States Inc. and the British Crown and we were not a party to it, so it doesn't apply to us, that is slick propaganda. Franklin County Circuit Judge William Alexander knows all of this. He knows he is working for the Crown. He knows he's a traitor. He knows the Constitution exists but that the American people were never a party to it so it doesn't apply to us. That is why he never allowed Abby Newman to attempt any sort of constitutional defense, and its why he would not allow Sherriff Richard Mack to take the stand as an expert witness. 1. The IRS is not a U.S. Government Agency. It is an Agency of the IMF.

11. You are an "Institutional Unit" in which your body and labor are pledged to the UN through the IMF.
12. We have One World Government, One World Law and a One World Monetary System.
13. Your Social Security number is your slave number. Just about everyone in the World has a Social Security number from the UN through the IMF.
14. The UN is a One World Super Government.
15. No one on this planet has ever been free. This planet is a Slave Colony. There has always been a One World Government. It is just that now it is much better organized and has changed its name as of 1945 to the United Nations.
16. New York City is defined in the Federal Regulations as the United Nations. Rudolph Gulliani stated on C-Span that "New York City was the capital of the World" and he was correct.
17. Social Security is not insurance or a contract, nor is there a Trust Fund.
18. Your Social Security check comes directly from the IMF which is an Agency of the UN.
19. You own no property, slaves can't own property. Read the Deed to the property that you think is yours. You are listed as a Tenant.
20. The most powerful court in America is not the United States Supreme Court but, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
GUESS WHO AND WHAT OWNS YOU AND THE UNITED NATIONS ?
As a matter of fact the imagined President, imagined Representatives, imagined Senators, imagined Supreme Court Justices and imagined Federal Judges are not paid by the United States Government. Actually the United States Government does not have any employees They are paid by the International Monetary Fund in electrons. You see there is no such thing as the United States Government. In reality there are no Governments. There are Corporations (Fictions) such as the Federal Reserve Inc., and the United States Inc., which in fact are private corporations. The United States Inc., is just a slave management company. Guess what that makes you? If you said property, you are correct! You are Human Capital. The shares that were issued for the Federal Reserve when it was created back in 1913 only cost $100.00. That was quite the bargain.

All GOVERNMENTS AND COUNTRIES ARE FABRICATED FICTIONS CLEVERLY WOVEN INTO YOUR MIND.
