IAHF List: [See FDA's time sensitive Codex vitamin mssg below my comments.] The FDA does this all the time. They time Codex annoncements of this sort to be right before Christmas, when most people have left their offices and have headed off for vacations, THEN they send an important email that they really DON'T WANT US to pay attention to, hoping they can catch us off guard, distracted by the holidays!
In the email below with two attached files they tell us that we have until January 15 to let them know whether or not we wish to remain on their Codex email alert list, since they'd prefer that none of us be on it to monitor them. And we only have til the end of January to file our next set of comments with them in advance of the Next Codex meeting in Europe which won't even be til June of next year, (six months away.) Why such a brief comments period? Everyone must protest this to Congressman Dan Burton's office, and to your own Congressman and Senator. Their reason for such a short comments period is Simple: they're hoping not many of us will respond! Consumers world wide should get on the US FDA's Codex distribution list in order to protest against the FDA's actions. You don't have to live in America to discern that they're trying to burn us all via the Hegelian dialectic of "problem" "reaction" "solution" where first they create the problem, then like "good cop/bad cop" they try to foist the alleged "solution to the problem" off on us as if we should be "greatful" to them for "saving our asses" from the Germans. (Sorry Yetley, the lesser of two evils is STILL evil, you are continuing to violate US law in an effort to set us up for harmonization, and we're not buyin' it!)
Your unscientificly bogus, pharmaceutically funded "UL" concept, along with your so called RDA's and PRI's have been exposed as scientifically fraudulent at http://www.iahf.com/ under NAS Paper and REBUTTALs, by Malter, Sardi, Faloon, and Leibovitz. We consumers are hard liners to the DEATH, and will accept nothing less than an acronym that ya'll don't seem to want to touch with a 10' pole, the "ODI" which stands for OPTIMUM DAILY INTAKES, which is to say, a nutrient value intended to ENCOURAGE the consumption of high potency vitamins, not DISCOURAGE their use. (We cynically wonder when ya'll intend to establish a "UL" for water, since if you drink too much of it it will burst your stomach wall and kill you, or what about AIR for that matter?) The ODI concept is grounded in the genotrophic concept of biochemical individuality as espoused by the late Roger Williams, PhD, discoverer of Pantothenic Acid, vitamin B-5. It has been further endorsed as scientifically valid by Pauling, Hoffer, Osmond, Pfeiffer, Hawkings, Cathcart, and many other orthomolecular pioneers, and its backed thousands of studies that you can't do spin control against no matter how hard you try.
How fortuitous that Gary Null, PhD http://www.garynull.com/ will be holding a special radio show on the Codex vitamin issue which vitamin consumers world wide can listen to on the web on December 27 (next Wednesday) from noon-1 US Eastern Time at http://www.vitalcast.com/ This show will have guests from all over the world. (If you want to listen, and I hope ALL of you will, please go to the website NOW to download the free software that you will need in order to listen to the show. Takes about a half hour to download and install (easy), but just don't wait til the last minute or you could miss half of Gary's show which will have guests from all over the world to discuss the Codex vitamin issue. IAHF needs your urgent donations to assist the health freedom fighters of Europe in their immediate battle to derail the EU Vitamin Directive which could be slammed down their throats as quick as March of next year (not far away!) If they get slammed, they could come marching into Codex in lockstep with the Germans and we could have a VERY HARD TIME preserving our access after that. So its "DO or DIE" time right now and IAHF needs your donations to go to the EU to help those folks rally against the tyrannical mob in Brussels that wishes to enslave us with this pernicious nonsense!
Cover your butt! Send a check today to: IAHF POB 625 Floyd VA 24091 USA, and kindly pass the word! Anyone can be on the iahf email distribution list by signing up at http://www.iahf.com/
