RE Homeland Security Bill- being voted on today, Monday, Nov 18th

Dear Senator Warner, Senator Allen, and President Bush:

I want the removal of Section 304 from the law. Section 304 will allow federal health employees to force people to get vaccines and drugs or any other"substance" the Secretary of DHHS wants you to get anytime the Secretary declares a "public health emergency." There are NO exemptions in the law for conscientious or religious beliefs.

I also want the removal of Sections 1714-1717. These sections will remove all liability from drug companies who make vaccines and drugs and health officials who give vaccines or drugs when those pharmaceuticals injure or kill me, my children, my relatives, my friends.

If Sections 304 and 1714-1717 are not removed, then informed consent exemptions for religious and conscientious beliefs should be written into the law so I am not forced without my consent to submitting to vaccination and medical treatment in a non-emergency or emergency situation.

Please let me know if you make this effort on my behalf to change this outrageous law, and also let me know the outcome of the Senate vote on this matter. A huge number of Americans are justifiably outraged about the damage being done to our civil liberties in the name of supposedly "protecting us." This kind of supposed "protection" I do not need. Vaccines contain many dangerous ingredients that often kill and maim people.

Congressman Dan Burton knows this first hand and has held congressional hearings to address this problem. One of his grandchildren was rendered autistic due to mercury in a vaccine he was injected with. I urge you to educate yourself regarding this very serious problem by going to Congressman Burton's website to check out transcripts from hearings he has held on this subject.

I am posting this on my primary website which has huge visitation. Any absence of the proper action on your part will be very conspicuously noted and will hurt you politically in the future, so please be on the right side of this issue, please do the right thing here and do not shaft the American people, especially not ME.

Thank you for your help. President Bush, if the changes I am requesting here are not made, I expect you to veto this outrageous bill. The American people will not stand for this kind of abuse, and if it does not stop, many of us will go beyond merely voting with our feet, many of us will consider this a declaration of war against us by our own government and would have no choice but to act accordingly and rebel as is only fitting when assaulted by tyrants. Please learn from history. Those who do not learn from history are often condemned to REPEAT history. You guys are WAY OVER THE LINE on this one.
