There are bills before Congress right now that will allow them to inject a microchip in your child at the time of birth for identification purposes. The President of the United States of America, under the "Emigration Control Act of 1986", Section 100, has the authority to deem whatever type of identification is necessary - whether it be an invisible tattoo or electronic media under the skin. So I think you have to look at the facts, folks: this is not coming as some big shock. The paving has been done ahead of time!" I am writing to inform you coordinators of the Millennium People's Assembly that you are either knowing or unwitting participants in the PR apparatus of a scheme that has been in existence for a very long time to enslave the people of the world. I am also writing to inform you that you do not speak for most people in the world, who were never asked their views on global governance, especially not mine, so I decided to send this to you in an effort to see if any of you have sufficient integrity to respond in any sort of honest way to my message. IAHF applied one time for UN NGO status, and was turned down. Clearly, no organization is ever granted UN NGO status if it questions the legitimacy of the UN as IAHF does. Some ignorant people sneer when you try to tell them that an effort is being made to force us into one world government: a psychocivilized society, with everyone tracked and under mind control. A few months ago I attempted to communicate with this company in an effort to determine if they had any plans to establish an ethics board for the sake of voluntarily limiting sales of this device so that it would not be abused. I told them that many were concerned that it was the mark of the beast. They sneered. They've gone public and want you to buy their stock. They'll sell to anyone, anywhere, for ANY purpose! I sent at least 6 emails to their PR guy who deflected all of my questions making no effort to properly respond to any of them.

ADS is actively seeking joint venture partners to develop and market this technology. We expect to produce a prototype of the device by the end of 2000. We believe the potential global market for this device, in all of its applications, could exceed $100 billion.
Basic Features of Digital Angel The idea behind Digital Angel is to build a microchip that can be either implanted in or closely bonded to the body. This microchip will include biosensors that will measure the biological parameters of the body and store this information.
It will also have an antenna that will receive signals from GPS satellites. The geological locator of the chip can be derived from these signals. The antenna also communicates with ground stations. It will receive commands from the stations and will send the biological information and location data to the ground station. This could take the form of a distress signal sent to a monitoring facility when the unit detects a medical emergency.
The chip will be equipped with a micro battery. This battery will be self-rechargeable taking energy from the body or from its surroundings. All these components will be combined into a unit the size of a dime.
Digital Angel will remain dormant most of the time. It will only be activated by the wearer or by commands from the ground station. The purpose is to save battery energy and to avoid interference with other devices, such as medical equipment or airplanes.
The unit can be turned off by the wearer, thereby making the monitoring voluntary. It will not intrude on personal privacy except in applications applied to the tracking of criminals.
Digital Angel measures bodily parameters; however, it does not interact with the body chemically or biologically. It is harmless and will not interfere with body functions in any way.
Limitations of Competing Technologies
While a number of other tracking and monitoring technologies have been patented and marketed in the past, they are all unsuitable for the widespread tracking, recovery and identification of people due to a variety of limitations, including unwieldy size, maintenance requirements, insufficient or inconvenient power-supply and activation difficulties.
For the first time in the history of location and monitoring technology, Digital Angel overcomes these limitations.
Digital Angel has numerous potential applications:
Medical Applications
Digital Angel could be used for monitoring patients. Doctors could access their patient's vital signs remotely and then analyze them. They could detect potential problems before the patient even begins to notice the symptoms. The doctor would know where to locate the patient at the same time. This differs from the emergency pendulums some people wear. In many cases, patients are unable to push the button, and even if they do, the doctor would not know where to find the patient in order to help them.
Commodities Supply Chain Management - Food Safety
Digital Angel can be implanted in commodities such as cattle and other livestock to track health and location information from birth to processing. This will improve the standard of quality control and ensure a higher level a safety for commodity-related products provided to the customer.
Security
Another application is in the area of security. Digital Angel would be very useful in locating people who are in danger of being kidnapped. In the case of little children, the elderly, and athletes, such as skiers, getting lost is always an issue. In these cases, Digital Angel could be used as a guardian.
Warfare
In warfare, knowing where the soldiers are located, if they are alive or wounded, is a crucial factor to the Commanders.
Law Enforcement
Digital Angel can be used in law enforcement in keeping track of parolees, people under house arrest, and in the witness protection programs.
Animal Protection
Although Digital Angel is designed for the human being, it can be applied to household pets and endangered species.
Tracking
This device can be used to protect and trace valuable items such as museum art pieces, computer equipment, etc.
Identification
Digital Angel could be an important security method of protecting information because it could carry personal identification information. It could transmit this ID via wireless communication with personal computers. In this way, only the individual would be able to access his or her own information source.
Firearms Safety
Another example to this would be the accessing of firearms. It could be limited to the owner of the weapon only.
There could be many other applications, but, in essence, Digital Angel will become an interface between the human body and the electronic
network.

Here are excerpts from an article published in the June-July, 1994 issue of NEXUS (P.O. Box 30, Mapleton, Queensland 4560, Australia). It is the testimony of Dr. Carl W. Sanders,who was in charge of conceiving the microchip. Dr. Sanders is an eloctronic engineer, inventor, author and consultant to various government organizations as well as to IBM,General Electric, Honeywell and Teledyne.
"Thirty-two years of my life was spent in design engineering and electronics - designing microchips in the Bio-Med field.
"In 1968 I became involved, almost by accident, in a research and development project in regard to a spinal bypass for a young lady who had severed her spine. They were looking at possibly being able to connect motor nerves, etc.
"It was a project we were all excited about. There were 100 people involved and I was senior engineer in charge of the project. The project culminated in the microchip that we talk about now - a microchip that I believe is going to be the positive identification and "the Mark of the Beast".
"Working on the microchip, we had no idea about it ever being an identification chip. We looked at it as being a very humanitarian thing to do". Our team was made up of people out of San Jose, people out of Motorola, General Electric, Boston Medical Center - it was quite a group of people. (…)
"As the chip began to evolve, there came a time in the project when they said that the financial return on bypassing severed spines is not a very lucrative thing for us to be into, so we really need to look at some other areas. We noticed that the frequency of the chip had a great effect upon behaviour and so we began to branch off and look possibly at behaviour modification."
"The project almost turned into electronic acupuncture because what they ended up with was embedding a microchip to put out a signal which affected certain areas. They were able to determine that you could cause a behavioural change."
"One of the projects was called the Phoenix Project which had to do with Veitnam veterans. We had a chip that we called the Rambo chip. This chip would actually cause extra adrenaline flow."
"There are 250 000 components in the microchip, including a tiny lithium battery. I fought them over using lithium as a battery source but NASA was doing a lot with lithium at that time and it was the going thing. In light of this information, MPAN, I'd like to know your views. Please respond in detail. Please explain to me why you think I or anyone else in the world should trust the United Nations? Having been informed as to what you are really involved with, please let me know if you would consider switching sides, and joining those of us who strongly oppose the UN, and if not, why not?
